The game patched itself to the latest patch after installing, so it does not appear to be a connection issue.
When I tried to get it to start, the intro video began playing inside a window and not full screen, it was also sort of superimposed on the desktop, and with no sound. There is no way to stop the video, and once it finishes the game just never loads, no CTDs or anything. I am trying to run it on a new alienware laptop, default rez on the laptop is 1920x1080, and OS is Windows 7 64 bit.
Please help, any suggestions welcome.
