Dimensional vortex

Has anyone else noticed that if you look up on a partially cloudy sky in SH5 the clouds directly above sometimes twirl around a strange dimensional vortex? :o

My watch crew is afraid to go out on deck now, the superstitious fools! Bad omen my asglubglubglub.....
