Hardware issue

Hi all ... long time no see

didnt see a hardware topic for sh5 so i place my question here if there is one please move this topic, so i got SH5 from steam ( big mistake ) and my system cant handle it ... so ...

Currently using
i have a 775 dual vsta motherboard with

Intel core 2 duo 6400 2.13ghz
2gb ddr2 memory
NVIDIA GeForce 7300gt 512mb

upgrading to this

4gb ddr2 memory
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 1gb

advices, sugestions , limited budget

you can´t go wrong with the GTS 250 :up:

good ... because my actual configuration gives me 3 fps below deck
for other memory types i think i have to buy another motherboard

what about even promote GTS250 to GTX260+

For N series card,the performance essentially depentent on SP Units(the count of Stream Processors) the term similar to cores of CPU

GTS250 SP units 128
while 260+ SP units 216

the approximately 100% SPUs margin leads to a 100% higher speed:)

With the approaching release of GT300 series,the price for all current high-end cards will drastically decline.
So just be patient now and wait more few weeks,the GTX260+ would be affordable
