What Now ? Missions

End last patrol = Drop of spy.

Get back home having sunk 2 merchants and 2 escorts , total now for 9/10 patrols = 190,472tn 26 merchants 6 warships.

Get home , click on the refit guy , load up my torps , no new items and still to see camo. No news of a new boat. Its now 01 June 1940.

Click on officer , still the same start of war speech about attacking Poland and England and France now at war..

But the Mission goals on the map are now gone ... I get out of that , click on the officer again and see the same choices .. Pick new misson or set off with no misson picked ?

Is that correct , drop off spy and now free to roam as no there are no Missions to click on as per pre Jun 1940 ?

Go too sea, then dock

and you will progress to Happy times, i think i had the same problem.

I had to dock, go to sea and then dock again to advance to the next mission at one point as well.

Ok , clicked on officer and took to the boat with no mission picked , as soon as I was out the pen the new screen came up saying Happy Times. I clicked the screen and was back in the pen, I clicked officer and now new speech about taking France and I was now to be moved to Lorient and the 2nd flotilla.

Picked my mission on the world map came out of that and clicked on the officer again and was back on the Conning Tower .. Still in my old uboat and when I came out the pen ??? I was still at my old base ??


1. when you get your new orders and moved to a new base ? Do you have to sail there and dock or do I have to do the new mission 1st ?

2. Free Tonnage ??? Brest .. 4 English Merchants in the harbour that is suppose to be in German hands .. Are they out of the war or can you sink them ??

When I sailed into Brest Harbour and had 4 British Merchants sitting there , in the time I saved the game came here to ask the Q? are they now in German hands or can I sink them ..

I opened my saved game and there I was sitting exactly where I left the game , but the 4 British Merchants were gone !:damn:
