"Custom" difficulty in campaigns

Ahoy Mateys!:salute:

I've reinstalled SH4 and started a couple of American campaigns, but it will not give me the option for a "custom" difficulty. I'm sure there is a way because I played like that before. I'd like to have everything checked except manual targeting and external view. All the flipping around the TDC drives me nuts, and I just plain enjoy looking around in external view (I don't really need it, but it's fun).:cool:

In the office, click on the radio on the shelf to the left. You can set your options there. Options set in the main menu don't carry over to campaigns.
