hydraphone issue?

i am unable to use the hyrdaphone myself. i have to rely on my soundman......i cant turn the handle or move the pointer around the dial in any shape or form, is this a bug or am i missing something?

[HOME] & [END] keys to move pointer. also Mouse wheel for fine tuning.

Yes use the mouse wheel, when you mouse over the handle or the actual hyrdo screen (?). You can also adjust the sound with the nob, but don't know if that's any use.
You also have to shut off engines to hear anything :DL it's bugged!

Also, until they patch the hydro'phone.. your're gonna need to be at a full stop to hear anything.

As it is right now, the hydrophone sounds like its installed in the electric engine room.
