This generally works for almost any search action allowed on a forum site but since Subsim is very busy I thought it would be most useful here.

OK
step1; Open FireFox and logon to Subsim.
step2; left click search and right click inside the search forums box/field.
step3; Click "Add a Keyword for this search"
step4; In the Keyword box type subsim. (any one word will work) Click Save.
step5; Your actually done, but from any site you can now click in the address bar, clear it out - type something like - subsim submarine technology - hit enter.
step6; Firefox activates the subsim search field and displays your results.

Check it out. :ping:

Works precisely the same on Opera, except for "Add a Keyword for this search" you've got "Create search"

The query string has a security token. Will that outdate after some time?
