Skip Training?

Does anyone know how to skip the training mission when starting a campaign? Sometimes I'm offered to skip it but other times I don't get the pop up. Does anyone know what triggers that "skip training" question?

Re-doing that stupid training when working on / testing / re-installing mods is getting really old fast.

The second time I fired up a campaign it asked if I wanted to skip the tutorial. I believe I used the same profile/kaleu name though.

Make a test mission for testing. :)
