Swastikas?

After a few months, I've finally had enough of these bloody unadorned German flags. They annoy the hell out of me, and it still quite often takes me a few seconds to recognise whose flag it is, not to mention it breaking the sense of immersion and atmosphere.

Is there a mod I can download somewhere to add the swastikas to the German flags?

No, I'm not using any mods. Maybe I should look into one of those then? Any in particular to look out for?
