How do you handle the Hydrophone?

Im having difficulties, i select the hydrophone, click the handle click the dials and nothing happens!:damn:

If you have mouse wheel, try that. That's how it works for me.

Home and End also work, and quicker than the mouse button.

kinda reminds me Sh4, but in that case the devs had it fixed latter on.
