Custom Single Mission problem

Had used SH3 Mission Editor before, so gave a go at creating one in the new editor.

Put in a few ships, waypoints and my VIIB boat (Human Controlled), all dates are set correctly.

But when I load it in-game I get two of every ship placed on top of each other, including two of my own sub.. There all graphically and physically stuck and moving is near impossible..

Anybody had success creating a working custom mission?

I had no problem making MP missions.
