Console command?

Browsing through Commands.cfg in the Command Keys Mod, I see there's a Console command currently assigned to "ScrLock". I don't recall the previous games having that. If it works, we might be able to enter console commands, set and dump script variables and whatnot for testing. :hmmm:

Anybody checked if it does anything?
