Just a little heads up.

The new driver (196.75) are way better with SH5 than the previous 196.21. Give them a go if you own a Nvidia card :)

Drivers are available at http://www.nvidia.com

Funny, I was just considering if my drivers were out of date or not!
Thank you!

I'll give it a try tonight. I had to turn off shadows with the 191.07 because of insane chugging when looking at certain areas in the control room.

Thanks, will try the new ones with my 8800.

Can any Nvidia owner who already has the game give his recommendation for Nvidia advanced settings, like:

AA set to Application or force it
AF set to Application or force it
Transparency AA (Multi or Super)
Synchronization on/off
Ambient occlusion on/off
.....etc......

Or is default setting good enough for framerates ?

Please help us "waiting skippers" to save some time experimenting with this

196.xx broke overclocking on my 8800GTS 512. More accurately, it wouldn't clock down to 50%/2D mode, leaving the card at full power all the time.

Went back to 195.xx release, fixed. Just saying, if you go for these, check that everything actually still works. ;)

Nice thanks for the heads up! I was using the 196.21 drivers.

A few more FPS is always worth it.

No you don't because the drivers doesn't have DRM(yet, but they will). You can totally get them offline.
