Amazon: Estimated Shipping Date

Is now March 8. How do I know? The Amazon.com page doesn't specify a ship date; I ordered, then cancelled, to find out. (I didn't need to cancel to find out, but am waiting and seeing.)

Got a message from Amazon saying it shipped with an estimated delivery date of March 8th!!!!!!!!! WTF? I pre-ordered it 2 months ago! Hopefully it's just a standard shipping message, the actual USPS tracking number doesn't register, so I don't know.

I've ordered the collector's edition from amazon.co.uk and I'm still waiting for a dispatch note :( they haven't taken payment yet either and it's still giving a delivery estimate of the 5th March on my account.

They're gonna have to get their skates on to make that I think!!.
