I am still wondering if to get it or not , but any hoo I thought Id ask about pre ordering and what price they were looking for ( I seen amazon was doing it for 26.99 and the collectors one at £30.99 , don't know if you have to order something with it ) so I asked the guy in the shop, SH5 PC do you do pre orders..
NO! ...
We only do pre orders for xbox360 or PS3 or something like MW2 for PC. He said, you could try our glasgow shop ..
I had a look round there shop in Paisley (scotland) and all they had in PC games was the Top 5 and a load of older games.
Live in Glasgow, and ok I'm in my 30's but still interested in Pc games.
PC games in shops, its like Adult mags (or used to be ) in a small corner and very little. Its all Xbox and PS3 in 95% of the shop.

haha... its the same in the US PC titles on a little rack over in the back corner... you almost feel 'dirty' looking at them :haha:
My local gamestation does not do PC games at all anymore. There used to be a small section at the back but now they have extended the Xbox preowned section into it.
Its Game or HMV now, and both are so overpriced most of the games i buy are off the internet or Steam now.
Game seem to have gone down the route of we will stock PC games but charge the same as console.

Same here, our local GameStop has stopped carrying any PC games at all. If you preorder it from them they will get it for you but that's it.

Heh, I stopped buying PC games from retailers a long, long time ago. Number one, they rarely stock what I want, and number two, it's at a vastly overinflated price. All my games come from Amazon.

Same here when i went to gamestop, to pre-order, the clurk i think didnt even know that people still make games for PC.
They had such small section of pc-games and absolutley no selection ofcource pc-gaming is going to be fading. People have very little balls these days to do something that is needed to be done. :nope:
Even though PC games have 10.000 times more potentioal then that ****ty xbox crap or ps3. The only thing that they are good for, is football and basketball. which looks like crap on ps3 or xbox. I know i played it.
I showed my friend what my PC can do, he immediatly wanted upgrade his PC, and he got some games for it, and his ps3 and 360 turned into dust collecters.
Funny, the clerk thought that i was pre-ordering a Deer Hunting game lol! When i told him that its a submarine simulation, he looked at me like i had 3 heads lol what a looser!!:damn: I think he dont even know who was fighting in WW2.
ohh well i got what i wanted.

I'd be interested in pre-ordering, but EB Games are the onlky ones I know of in Australia that offer the Special Edition. They want AUS$110 for it.
No thanks:down:.

To put that in perspective for our international colleagues, that is the equivalent, at today's exchange rate, of.....
....wait for it.....
....US$98.95
That's right. SH5 Special Edition, complete with DRM, US$98.95.
And people wonder why some of us in Aus land seem demanding. Well, if you want to charge that, you'd better produce something special indeed.
