WW II museum in New Orleans

Heading to New Orleans soon, go there often but never had a chance to visit the WW II museum there.Anyone been? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

You'll love it. I didn't get to spend much time there as I was actually working there a year after the hurricane during the mardi gras, so time so limited...just walked through and glanced it over...Heck, didn't even know it was there until I got there and someone mentioned it. If you ever get time, go to the Danville Tank Museum, largest uniform and gun collection I've ever seen if you're into that.

I live in the area.. and visiting it atleast once is a must.

I hit it a couple years back when the wife had a conference. It was definitely a good way to kill an afternoon. Bring your camera.
