and close the door on the way out.
I saw this coming. Tymoshenko loses and decides to call the elction dirty, even though the OSCE and other observers called it free and fair.
Agin it seems democracy only works when you get your way, or in her case she didn't. She wants power for the sake of it, nothing to do with Ukraine.
Yanukovich won by about 3%. That is about the same amount as Labour won the last election in the UK. Does that mean Labour stole the vote?

Considering Tymoshenko's reputation, I expected this, too. I tend to think of her as a "Gangsterbraut". She's cold as ice, no matter how patriotically she arranges her hair.
I heard they both accused the other for dirty tactics. :yep:
Can anyone remind me what happened after the second round of presidential election in 2004?

Is that a serious question?
no, actually I wanted to post it in Space Spam thread but I misclicked and it got here.
Now seriously-your question proves that it found the right thread.

Same thing happened here in Mexico last elections, the PAN (partido accion nacional) candidate Felipe Calderon won pretty fairly and the runner up PRD (partido de la revolucion democratica) candidate Lopez Obrador called the whole electoral collage a fraud and called himself the "True president of the people" and toured the country AFTER the elections hosting rallies and protest against the true president Calderon. this was quite a issue here for a while but it finally died down.
