Nav Tool Mod?

I am having a hard time finding the navigational tool mod that adds the extra tools. It would be helpful to have since a lot of the more advanced tutorials use them. I am running SHIII v1.4 from steam.

Please explain more exactly what tools you want.

I have made this tweak for/based on OLC Gui 1.27. But it should be good for all flavours of SH3. JSGME compatible.
