Any known digital download option in the stores?

I am waiting for SH5 to come as a digital download in the stores, but now I worry that such an option is not guaranteed.

Does anyone know about stores who is going to sell SH5 with a digital download option?

A big problem with digital download in my view, is the limitations that seem to apply immediately after a game launches. With purchases limited to North america and GB for example. So that is another concern of mine.

Else, if there is a launch date, I would probably go buy it locally, as I assume the game will be released in my country.

I think it was going to come out for Steam, but not really sure, I think I read it here somewhere. :hmmm:

I have seen the SHV-trailer advertised on Steam. That would indicate that its going to be released there. But SH3 and SH4 had zone restrictions for a long time on Steam. So I am not sure. :S

this is purely a guess but i think downloads will be delayed at first since they get better game sales without competition from downloads.

i would expect to see downloads being advertised just after the initial inventories are sold out or sometime within a month of the games release but i wouldnt think to see it before then
