Hi Neal,

Magic1111 has reported per e-mail to another user, who in turn reported that to me, that he is having lots of trouble since the server migration.

He stopped receiving e-mail notifications and thought it was strange as his e-mail adress was correct and notification clicked, and when he changed the settings to a new e-mail adress, a pop up window told him he would get an e-mail about this in short, but received none. Now he can log into subsim (Ahoy Magic1111 appears on top) but he can't post any message, nor edit his user control panel. When trying to, he is consistently receiveing this message:

Magic1111, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Neal, please see if you can solve this user's problems so he can log in and post ... and just in case he is another SH5 DRM hater and wants to vote on the poll and vent off. I'd be very sorry to lose one :D

Haha, no, we don't want to lose anyone here. He e-mailed me yesterday:

Since yesterday my Subsim Account is disable ! I can login yet, but the other options are all locked (for example PM).

So, I rolled up my sleeves and went to work, this morning he says:

Hi Neal !

Many, many thanks ! My Account works perfect, and all is good !!! :-)) You are a god!

I added the part about 'you are a god'. It has a nice ring. :woot:

I'm noticing way too many downtimes. I've been unable to access Subsim for several hours this morning (Spanish GMT+1 time). Anything wrong in the technical front?
