The "Commander in Chief", Neal Stevens of SUBSIM.com has an army now 40,000 strong with good morale and health. He can march us to Bucharest, and force the changes necessary to the best interest of SUBSIM, and its troops.........LOAD 'EM UP NEAL.

Fat lot of good that'll do when the enemy generals and High Command are Headquartered in France.
I have no doubt what so ever that Neal will continue to fairly portray the
views of the SubSimming community, but it's hardly his job to be a
crusade leader, even for the majority.
On the other hand, I hear the weather in Bucharest can be quite pleasant.

WOW!!! The Romanians are slick. It reminds me of a book I read in the 70's titled "THE INVISIBLE MAN' by Ewen Montagu, which depicts a diversion to wit the Germans fell for enabling a successful US invation. Sorry Germany.......It is a true story....

Oh no. I loved my "Navy Nude" avatar. I commented 30 minutes ago that I had better slow down as it was the neatest avatar I ever saw. I messed up and am now headed out for a "wild nite". ON THE OTHER HAND, THAT LARGE MOUTH LOOKS DARN INVITING.........I WIN IN THE END, sorry guys, I WIN ANYWAY......

Now now! :timeout: Our friends in Romania are the developers of the game. They implement the nuts and bolts. It's the publisher that makes the decision to implement this draconian DRM scheme. That would be Ubi in France.
I guess we're going to have to turn the army around and march west, not east. :03:

Thanks Mookie........France sounds like a better place for liberty,(as troops stand by for new orders).

Still east but not as far.
But good point as to who is responsible for this mess. I feel pretty bad for the Devs, seeing how they have to watch how their creation and hard work gets some 'quality treatment' caused by the publisher.

Yep.. but Paris is a somewhat west from Romania. From here (US) Europe is to the east... or did Bernard play Truth or Dare with the compass again.. :hmmm:
EDIT:
Meh.. I am getting tired. I, of course meant: The angry mob shall visit Paris, which lies west of Romania but east of the US.
EDIT 2:
Or in your case: far far to the north east. =)

I figured we were marching from the Fatherland. I guess for us 'Mericans it would indeed be east, but not as far east. :know:

If we do that, we get smoked. And, it is cheaper to fly straight to Paris, rather than going to Germany first. All things you need to consider if you have to shuttle a bunch of guys around with torches and pitchforks. BUT, the Beer is better in Germany.. Tough call.. :O:

know what.. Ill bet that the root developers
The coders, the artists, the animators, the folks in the trenches were absolutly taken aback at UBI's (the guys that wright the checks) decision to persue such an invasive manner of copy protection.

I am of Puritan descent, born in Massachusetts with a "001" SS#, and it will be this "blue blood" that takes this to the finish under Neals Command....

SteamWake, you are not by your post a member of the original "BLUE BLOOD" clan in this country nor of the achievements of original blue bloods.
Your opinions are respectfully accepted reference my use of drugs, however you are probabally, with cause, the least informed member of this forum reference my character. .....Douglas
Don't screw with an original "blue blood" that advocates privacy issues for all, based on historical fact, as you will lose.
