Why am I not surprised. If I am not mistaken, in 2003, in one of the debates we had, I even have predicted such a move in late 2003. I was called "unreasonable", since there "was nothing to be hidden".

With the medical records being locked away for 70 years, Lord hutto0n also ruled that he written records he based his infamous inquiry report on also should be kept hidden for 30 years.

This way it is made sure that nobody responsible can be held responisble and for the rest of his life is allowed to continue his career and money-making projects - isn't this life great for big fish?

They just keep handing each other immunity.

The terms "national security" and "personal security" become more and more interchangable.

Dirty job done requires dirty cover up too....but the screen pretty much explains what was covered. The need to keep the record classified is an obvious explanation itself. They just don't want to be prosecuted.

I wonder how necessary it was to eliminate Dr Kelly...?[I know I'm outspoken]

Looks like its backfired already, so much for making sure eh.
Whoda thunk a simple application of the legal process can set in motion the lifting of the ban.
