Cannot end patrol ?

I was doing my 9th patrol on US side.
Base is Brisbane.

I did the mission, then when I come back to Brisbane I can only refit, there's no option to end patrol (mission is finished...)

What should I do ?

Your base may have been changed, look on the map and find a port symbol with a tilted anchor, that is your home port.

I think you should look north for the tilted anchor, think it's mare's island..something like that, but mod's may effect that.

The base did change. I did check all the radio messages but there was no mention of it. It moved from Brisbane to Freemantle.
