sh3 commander ?

hi im using sh3 commander and i have windows vista its playing fine and everything but when i try to view my personell file and its says its created i click to open it and it says that internet explorer has stopped working any fix for this

Try opening it with foxfire or the google explorer. If it open OK, then you might have a problem with IE
What version of IE do you have?

Those personel files contain very basic html code. Nothing like active-x controls or java(script) stuff that could crash. If IE isn't corrupt like Irish suggested, I suspect it's Vista's (anal) protection measures to protect your system against 3rd party applications launching potentially hazardous internet links or downloaded files. Try reinstalling SH3 commander to a different location that is NOT in the Program Files folder structure, and see if it solves the issue. I bet it does
