They wanted all cash.

That is very telling sir! I bet they want cash. Who wants junk stock? Never count on money you do not have. Stock is money I do not have but has the potential to generate money. We see what happened to that potential a year ago. So did the AIG golfers...ur...um executives. :shifty:
