The front tube-doors of the NPC U-boats are constantly opening and closing. Not sure about the rear-doors.
The boats I saw this at were type VII's, not sure about the IX's.
It's not a big deal and bothers me nothing, since 'normally' you can't view below the water line. Just letting you know :salute:
