Multiplayer Error.

I made a multiplayer account but whenever i try to log in it says "Unknown Network Error." How can i fix this?

Ive heard its something to do with Ubi not the player since ive got it also and i read it on some other forum

im not an online player but i heard there are major issues with finding groups to play.
