How to win the Medal of Honour in DC?

Anybody know how to win the medal of honour in DC? I just finished the pacific campaign with full realism. I completed all of the mission objectives (both primary and secondary).. My final tally: 1 bronze star, 3 navy and marine corps medals, 1 silver star, 1 Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal and 5 navy crosses. No MH...??

Is it even possible to win the MH in the pacific campaign? or can you only win it in the atlantic campaign?

Has anyone won the MH in DC?

Yes as per my knowledge it is possible to win the MH in the pacific campaign....
