anyone knows how to get the "real" sight up that goes down when you start a mission?

Not sure what you mean, but I suspect you might want to try Shift and F1, particularly on German aircraft with the offset gun sights.
If that's not what you mean then I'm not sure.

I guess you mean the "sunglasses" in some German aircraft. That would be ctrl+d.

He might mean the Iron Sights in the Jap planes which rotate left, and I must admit, I don't know how to get those up either.

As far as I know they can't be switched manually. It will move into position once the reflector site gets destroyed (or so I've been told).

i managed one time but now i dont know, and its the one in the japs planes.

If I remember its ctrl+d as well for the Japanese planes, its the same for the I-15s and I-16s if you use HSFX 4.1.
