Are there IJN AI controlled subs in RSRD? Never found them with the mission editor, if not, any way to add them without screwing up RSRD? Are there German U boats also?

I think there are rare U-Boats in the Indian Ocean, but I've never heard of any I-Boats that weren't modded in.
