I was wondering when this was going to catch up with intel.
Intel has engaged in a deliberate campaign to hamstring competitive threats to its monopoly, said Richard A. Feinstein, director of the F.T.C.s Bureau of Competition. Its been running roughshod over the principles of fair play and the laws protecting competition on the merits.

On a counter point, AMD is building a new fab in New York, so I find it interesting that the NY attorney general is the one suing:hmmm:. No conflict of interest there.
