On a counter point, AMD is building a new fab in New York, so I find it interesting that the NY attorney general is the one suing:hmmm:. No conflict of interest there.

I found it curios that just the mention of their intentions caused AMD and NVIDA stock to rise :o

Something tells me there is more to this 'story' than meets the eye.

Something tells me there is more to this 'story' than meets the eye.How is that curious? That's exactly what you would expect to happen regardless of why the complaint was filed. Asking "who benefits?" doesn't explain anything.

It's curious because nothing has actually been done yet. They just announced their intentions and the speculators jumped on it.
