I just thought that might be nice, for a number of reasons.

This was discussed a couple of months ago here.

I think the general consensus was that there should not be a stand alone Politics Subforum

And before. And before.

This board and it's various sub-sections are on naval simulations in general. GT serves as an off-topic box for all other stuff, collecting it in just one forum. Politics is one part of that box' content.

Indeed, though I suppose one might not always get a warning.

Indeed, though I suppose one might not always get a warning.Heh, but when you figure it out the "Back" button isn't too far out of reach...

Just about everything is political, or can be turned political.
No sub-forum needed or desired.

And a couple months before that. Also, several more before that time as well.

I like seeing all the hate for everything american - it reinforces my isolationist, but nuke 'em if they mess with us ideals ;)

Indeed, though I suppose one might not always get a warning.

not only that but some threads which might not be inherently political in nature, can quite quickly become politically heated. :yep:

so it is very easy in the GT forum to walk right into a whirling hornets nest.
