Event camera has never activated (SH4) [Archive]

Captains, I have had SH4 now for about 2 years and have NEVER seen the event camera. Is there one in SH4? Any suggestions as to how I can get it to start? the "/" key won't work either. Must I reload?

Options menu, in campaign while in your office click the Radio to your left. Don't remember which category its under :hmmm: completely disabled mine, it's a bit annoying.

make sure you have it activated in the game options

Didn't mean to post that here. Found out it was the game options that were set wrong. My apologies!
