hi everyone :)

while in discussions with the hubby as to what he might like for chrimbo he suggested a first hand account book of some kind in WWII times. i came across this:

does anyone had any thoughts? :D

I've never heard of it, let alone read it, but from the two reviews posted on that page it looks pretty interesting.

Of course I don't know what his tastes are, but if someone gave me something like that I'd certainly read it.:sunny:

Yeah $60 for a used paperback that's copyright 2000 is way over priced IMHO.

ahh looks good :D

i dont have much knowledge over this period to be honest, just picked it up from hubbykind and his growing obession with all things u-boaty (and it wouldnt surprise me if hes got a calendar somewhere marking off the days to silent hunter 5 with a big red x and possibly a loveheart lol :haha::haha::har:) but that book link looks good torvald! :D
