FOTRS mision files with mission editor

is there a way to open fotrs mission files because i cant find ensign parker in construction 43 ?:damn:

does any one now where he is?:damn: if not

in order to open up missions that were created for certain mods, in most cases those mods must be installed in the game before you open up the mission editor so that it can find and bring up the files needed for those missions
