Seems like all is going to plan
Drops off the agent in the dead of night only to see him paddle off upside down.

The agent's goal is to infect the enemy with his raging incompetence. ;)

Captain, that's not style! Style is carefully stalking the largest target in a vast enemy task force, avoiding unexpectedly capable and unexpectedly numerous elite escorts, afraid to raise your scope. Using sonar only, set up a not ideal, but best choice considering the circumstances four torpedo spread on your 20 knot target. Then, getting four satisfying booms out of four shots on the target you've never seen, finding, for some reason the sunk icon on the nav map is gray. Why should that be? Must be some kind of game error. Or maybe Ducimus is messing with the interface again. Somehow, you easily evade all those elite escorts and wonder what you hit.

On returning to port, you receive a medal, they court martial you and you find that you've sunk the......USS Essex!

Now THAT's style! Of course, I'm busting rocks for the duration of the war. But I am a paid professional. Do not try this at home.......

In order to be effective, incompetence must be grand!

I sunk a French ship once. I told the admiral that it was a Vichy ship; I don't think he bought it. The French embassy certainly didn't buy it, writing me a very, very stern letter suggesting that I might be possibly willing to make a small apology.
