Damn it :damn: My game refuses to install; The serial number that comes in the DVD case gets the message "Not valid"

I have tried so far to type it with and without "-" between the blocks of characters, what am I doing wrong? How did you guys type your own code? Capitals? Separation? All together?

I want to play my game :wah:

The original game came with the serial number only visible under a microscope due to an error on the part of the publishers.I have installed the game a few times and got the number wrong every time.All I can say is double check every digit,substitute a 'zero' for the letter 'O' or '2' for the letter 'Z' or visa-versa if needs be.Pretty sure it was all upper case.There is a hyphen '-' between the blocks of digits.Persevere :yeah:

That did the trick, I had only one "0" in all the blocks and was mistakenly typing a zero instead of a capital "o", because all other characters in that block were numbers, and it misleaded me to think that "O" would also be one!
