Questions to the DEV team:

I'm fan of multiplayer game and I have (of course) legal version of SH4 and UBM with no mods. The problem is with UBI connection (unknown network error). I've played in SH3 with mods (or no mods) without problems with UBI connections...

Is the chance that on SH5 the quality of connection for multiplayer games will be these same quality as SH3?

I hope for a well rounded multiplayer experience as well, it needs a lot of improvement.

As much as everyone here moans about wolfpacks in the campaign mode, the true pack experience comes from the multiplayer.

yep... it seams that some guys think good multiplayer could break realism or something, have a look at Arma II, good realism together with MP and all kind of mods, it is possible...:hmmm:

march 2010 was the planned release date i heard about
Which is consistent with the release dates of SH3 (15MAR05), SH4 (20MAR07) and SH4:UBM (29FEB08, though late MAR in US).

I have a couple of questions and suggestions for sh 5s dev team because i realy love and played SH2,SH3, and SH4

1.How many times could be avalible to speed up the game while on map (it would be nice to set max 2048 like on SH2)

2. I suggest that you modify the size of ships because on sh3 submarines looked too small they just looked like toys 1:10 of real size because the sh3 models where based on Revell model kits. that is the reason why they were wawing even on smallest wawes in the port

3. also i suggest that you make those destroyers more precise with depth charges (in late 1941 and till 1945) and the better interior scenery while depth charges exploding (sparking of electricity, lights breaking and shutting down on few minutes, even on a explodions a fire on board and sailors to upt the fire out,and the level of flodding can be seen in the interior and also (for example when depth charge explodes near diesel room that diesel room get out electricity, damage the one of diesel engines, flooding or also a fire....a litle bit more realistic and more dangerous.

4. XOs repotrs about depth should not be gay sounding (der seitige tiefe 1-5-0 m) i suggest that you make something like (50 meters. 60 meters and when get deeper tha 150 m than sound (passing 150m)

5.also when on port and passing near tight gulfs where max game speed up is 4X.....it knows to be borring sometimes so i suggest that you set it at least 16x

6.i played GWX 3.0 mod and that is good that AL subs are imported, but i expect that sh5 has realy smart AL of frendly/enemy subs that can dive, manower, fire torpedoes

7. also in previous parts of game torpedoes looked just too clean in real the torpedoes where not like that and it could be cleary seen the vaseline oil cover on them to glite through tube easy

8.on crash dive i suggest realistic crew running on bow through comand room and those comander yelling (klos los, weiter weiter, schnel,)

9.i suggest more realistic splashing of wawes on subs tower while on storm

10. also i suggest that you set an realistic option to those who want experience manual controls of ballast tanks, dive planes and to dive the sub on the way they like

that is all.....i count on you Dev team and please take your time to clean the game of all bugs, errors take your time to make the perfect game
thank you.

A good multiplayer facility would be a very welcome addition to quite a few IMO.

The main problems in the past regarding multiplayer have unfortunately come from the organisational level.
