I'm considering very seriously upgrading my "daguerreotype apparatus" :O:
and I'm interested in the new Pentax K-X.

I'm already aware of the tech. specifications and have been perusing through dpreview foruns so I can get a few feedback, but the brand loyalty around there is a very serious business, so I was hoping anyone here shoots Pentax, specifically the digital K-M or even the new K-X, and tell about th pros and cons from a "biased" day-to-day user perspective

Thanks in advance!

That's where you make that little 'camera box' framing shape with your fingers.

Afraid I can't help you. I have been a Canon shooter for almost 30 years.

Good luck with it.

Smartass! :O:

Ok, just to make things clear for those who don't know, Pentax had the K-x and K-m models back in the seventies, and now they branding the new picshooters in the same fashion ;)

Nothing to do with the digital camera but, I had an SL1 35mm for about 15 years, nice camera with led display (info only) and additional 70mm zoom. Just gave it to my daughter, the thing is still like new. Not a problem one with this camera so I would buy another Pentax.
