View Full Version : Good Service EVGA!
I went through EVGA's step up program (8800GTS to 9800GX2) almost 2 yrs ago. Well the card gave out during Call of Duty 4 last weekend. I sent it in, and EVGA received the card today. I looked at my EVGA account about 6 hours later and noticed "NEW PART NUMBER" and "PREPARING TO SHIP". WOW talk about standing by your product and what a turn around time! Not just that, the new part number was way different. So I google it and it is that of the EVGA 280 GTX Superclocked, well dang talk about service! At the Res I am running (1920x1200), it out performs the 9800 GX2 by 5-10%. I guess they figured for the trouble they would hook me up. Well heck.
:yeah:Thank you EVGA! :yeah:

Your OK if its an EVGA Card. The 9800 GX2 is not produced either. They will get you the equiv or upgrade it to the next best thing (equal to 8800GTS) they have instock. Which would be probably be a 9800 GTX, GTS 250/260 in your case. So hey I think you would be ok.

I've noticed this myself with hardware company's that give lifetime warranty's.
BFG and ULTRA for example too. :DL
And quick turnaround.
