Aye, true that. That's what made me think this is a fake, being in a shape like that that you have hard time to get up, I dont see how he can walk as well as he does without falling again (trust me, I get myself into that condition usually when I drink and there's no fricking way I could walk as tilted as he does without dipping over). :hmmm:

As we all know, everything slows down when you are drunk, so if you tilt that much backwards, it takes some time for the body to react to that, usually it's already too late and you either take few steps back to try and regain your balance and slam to the nearest solid object (usually the ground) or you just dip over where you stand.
