Well as I said in my previous post how I sunk a neutral merchant, I thought that this current patrol (Oct '39), would be a non-event.
Arrived at my patrol Grid - AN15, and started patrolling. I was not even 3 hours in when my watch crew spotted a ship, so taking a look I saw 1 destroyer and a very large ship. So as it was night I decided to go for a closer look, and as I go closer to my surprise it was not 1 but 2 Auxiliary Cruisers!!
So as I thought to myself this is a golden opportunity I decided to attack whilst surfaced, as my chances of been spotted would be minimal, so I went for it.
I waited till I was within 4km and launched 2 eels at each Cruiser, I then dived as I did not want to risk been spotted. 3 minutes later ALL 4 eels hit and within seconds of each other both go down, leaving the destroyer clueless to the attack with no idea where I was as I slipped away.
Heres the evidence:D
