Just a little model I've had lying around for bloody ages and never finished (hence the missing cannons and aerial lol). It's a Revell 1/72 Spitfire Mk Vb CW.

looks good, didn't that mark of spit get mistaken for a me 109 sometimes with the clipped wingtips, i thought i read that somewhere. seeing these pics makes me want to make models again...

Yes it did and this version of Spit was (along with version VD) hated by British pilots. Matter of fact, they were pronouncing the VD version (roman numeral 5 and D) as "vee-dee" which is an acronym for veneral disease. :D
