All this is really, is a new spin on the old 'service' concept in Japan which started with the Geisha (who BTW are not prostitutes). Looks like the prices are also set to what your typical otaku can afford too.

I agree it's not a far cry from Geisha girls. They were technically simply entertainers after all, which is what these guys offer as well... though it seems a little more physical.

To be honest, I consider this an extension of the virtual girlfriend stuff at the same time. :hmmm:
