How to use a tracking room...?

I dowoladed the sh3 gen + tracking room and TatukGIS Viewer.
And what exactly does it do?
Can I opeen sh3 map and add some ships or the sh3 gen should show them to me on the map made in tatuk?

Sh3Gen just gives information about where ships might be. You can't add ships to the game with it, that is the mission/campaign editor's job. Sh3Gen itself just gives reports in text format, and can add them to the ingame map by inserting markers with text and circles in the case of aircover. The map it generates to view with TatukGIS viewer is just another way of showing it out side of the game. In my personal view it just shows where units can likely be found, but the points you see on that map are not actual units. Looks more like their waypoints.
