11/1/43-11/11/43.. I have been sitting off of the coast of japan for 11 days and nights, three large convoys and one task force have passed by me at medium range..I cannot get a shot because i am in the middle of a frigging typhoon..Will it ever go away? Here i am in the middle of a target rich enviroment and i cannot get a shot..:wah: My sub has been renamed U.S.S. ELEVATOR..:nope:

Don't let a storm stop ya..Look for the sticky above.."Skippers bag of tricks" and you can shoot by sonar.

You can also use the deckgun. You can use radar or sonar. Just get bearing and range. Best to get within 1000 yards. If you have contacts on it's easy to follow. Just line the gun down the bearing, range and shoot.
Once you set in on fire it's easy to see.

If you want you can get close enough to see, just don't get too close, unless your playing stock....even then if it's armed you want to be careful.

You will learn to love the storms... spend some time developing the sonar attack techniques!

Free tip; weather will not change as long as you have contact. I shadowed a convoy for 3 days, awhile back, before I found out.
