Amazing place. Holds the worlds biggest crystals. Not easy to visit though! Warm, humid and 300m underground. Probably feels like being at crush depth...

Crystal Cave of Giants (http://www.stormchaser.ca/Caves/Naica/Naica.html)

Looks like a scfi-movie. :yep:

J.G. Ballard: The Crystal World.

SF novel, 1966.

P.S.
Damn, just found out the guy died April this year, age 79. He was quite prominent a writer, though considered as somewhat controversial. But Crystal World always has fascinated me for the visual imagination of this end of the world. It may be the end, but a visually beautiful one...

Not sure if this is the same cave or another one, (Apparently there's 2 of them in the same area), But the crystals have claimed a Darwin Award http://darwinawards.com/darwin/darwin2001-10.html :D
