This is not going to end well for your favorite left wing activist group :nope:
Officials with the controversial community organizing group ACORN were secretly videotaped offering to assist two individuals posing as a pimp and a prostitute, encouraging them to lie to the Internal Revenue Service and providing guidance on how to claim underage girls from South America as dependents.

Wow, this actually has been picked up by the liberal media (http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/09/10/acorn.prostitution/index.html) :o

It should have been picked up by all. It is a pure case of corruption and a pure case of people shurking the system. The end result is you and I paying more taxes while others live for free working the system. Sadly, this is just one of millions working the system. I know a few myself....:nope:

And now, da vid. Acorn assisting underage prostitution. (http://weblogs.baltimoresun.com/news/opinion/2009/09/acorn_prostitution_and_tax_eva.html)
At the end of the day, though, what does this prove? Certainly that these two ACORN workers displayed astonishing stupidity. But does it show that ACORN is as lawless as its critics contend? It's important to note that the two filmmakers, Hannah Giles and James O'Keefe, were turned away when they tried the same stunt in other cities. If they wanted to prove something about the organization as a whole, they might have tried a less salacious scenario. Of course, that would have been much less likely to rocket them to YouTube and Fox News stardom.
The thing is, this should not be just a Fox news item, this should be eagerly picked up by all news outlets. Nothing makes the major media center look even more biased than when they ignore news they don't like, such as this, such as Obama's cherry-picked town halls.
As one guy said: "Hey, look! Real journalism! I almost forgot what that looked like."

I have to admit that CNN has changed their colors some with Obama. True, there needs to be fair and balanced reporting across the board. Anyway, I watched Beck last night (not by choice) and he was also going off on why this has not broken on reporting outfits such as CNN. I guess they were watching Beck and responded. :haha:

They responded because they had to, even in their 'forced' response is couched to appear as an isolated incident and "The film makers had been turned away on previous attempts" and "They could have chosen less salicious material".
Well evidently there is another tape out there from another city with same or similar results.
It will also be fun to see the attempts to distance Obama from his past associations with ACORN.

The real deal here SW is not that fact that a liberal outfit broadcasted this...it shows that ACORN is in fact up to no good. They have been caught with their proverbial pants down. Attempts will be made to pass this off as an isolated incident. Non-the-less ACORN is now under scrutiny and suspect in all their dealings because they receive money via taxes from you and me. The two in this video have been fired already and charges are pending. Really, ACORN needs to go away. This just furthers the example of people working the system. A system that has been a failure since day one. Want to save a boat load of money? Fix the welfare system. :03:

Pimping prostitutes and pimping health care. I just love it. :03: Question is, where in the hell is Holder? The entire ACORN organization should be investigated by Holder and like yesterday............
I don't think that there will be much happen with ACORN, unfortunately. :nope:
They will claim it was individuals, as allways, maybe turn in one or two of their now former employees and that's about it.

Thats what they will and have tried to do. But as I said before there evidently is another tape from another city with equally damning evidence.
No the light of day is shining brightly on the rats in the basement if nothing else they will be shaken to the core.

I'll tell what is sad is those same esteemed reporters will belittle the couple that did this 'Why there just kids' 'There not even accredited journalists'.
Indeed.
Aw...come on guys. Give the networks, traditional news magazines and big newspapers a break.
There have been no prior instance of ACORN being credibly charged or alleged to have committed voter registration fraud, other criminal activity or any questionable conduct. No sir! They had no reason to think that gambling was occurring in the casino. After all it's on the left side of the street and had only the finest legal minds as its attorneys.

Filmmaker Demands Apology From ACORN for Claiming Undercover Video 'Doctored'
The independent filmmaker whose hidden-camera videos prompted the firing of four ACORN workers is demanding an apology from ACORN for calling his work a fabricated "scam" and daring the activist group to take legal action against him.
"Bring it on," filmmaker James O'Keefe said Sunday on FOX News.
That was after ACORN lashed out at O'Keefe, who with his friend Hannah Giles posed as a pimp and prostitute looking to evade the IRS and apply for an illegal housing loan for a brothel. The sting operation caught four ACORN workers in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., offices appearing to offer their help.

Dont try to work it out there is no founding in logic here. Its simply a diversonary tactic.
They use the fact that he is from what has been considered a traditionally racisist state therefore must be a racisist himself.
I consider it a desperate attempt to avoid the subject at hand.

Stacking the deck as it were.
As a result of the indefensible action of a handful of our employees, I am, in consultation with ACORN's Executive Committee, immediately ordering a halt to any new intakes into ACORN's service programs until completion of an independent review," ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis said in a statement released Wednesday. "I have also communicated with ACORN's independent Advisory Council, and they will assist ACORN in naming an independent auditor and investigator to conduct a thorough review of all of the organizations relevant systems and processes."

White House Calls ACORN Employees' Behavior 'Unacceptable'
No kidding? Really?
We constantly evaluate to ensure that any grantee is living up to what has to happen in order to fulfill that grant application."
Really? When are they checked?
He pointed out that "previous administrations" had awarded grants to ACORN either through the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Well I guess it is Bushes fault...might include any previous president as well.
