I've had my logitech Attack 3 for about 5 years and its been good to me. For the past six months its been acting up. At the moment if I push the joystick all the way to the right, it only registers me pushing it 1/2 of the way, and if I lower the throttle to zero, it only registers me lowering it to 19%. It also seems to pull up and to the right in almost every game I play. I can't see to calibrate it anymore. So i've decided to get a new one.
I want something that has 8 or more buttons and a throttle. My budger is around 40 dollars. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know I can get a new logitech Attack 3 for 19.99 at tigerdirect and 29.99 at bestbuy.

I was going to recommend Saite Avaitor that has a throttle until I went to ebay.
Their Nuts. There's X52's at Amazon for that price or less :yep:

Love my cordless "Freedom" stick with twist axis and throttle and multi buttons.
But the cordless is the best part for me, cause when Im done with it I just put it aside.
They also went to great lengths to extend battery life and batterys typically last me nearly a year using it at least an hour or two three or four days a week.

I ended up buying the same model I had. I was tempted to buy the X52 at 99, but I have to buy a buddy a birthday present. There was two other good looking controllers they had, but I'm not a fan of twisting the joystick for rudder.

Its in your price range - and I have one so I can recommend it.
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro
12 programmable buttons
Throttle
Thumbswitch
Z (Twist) Axis
Programmable sensativity and dead zone for all 3 Axis
Have run the thing on XP, Vista and Win - 32 and 64 bit varieties - and it works great with em all. Its a solid stick. Have had mine for well over a year and not a single problem with it. Plus, with programming ability I haven't found a single joystick game it won't work with.

I thought about getting the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, but I heard that it had issues after six months.

Yea no FF is perhaps its only missing feature. I got mine as a gift from my lady on Fathers day last year, and it hasn't given me a sign of issues. Most heavily used playing X3TC, Nascar Simracing, Pacific Fighters and the like.
