Flottenbasis.de published it in several parts through their magazine "Marine Kurier", in the "Achterstich" section. You will have to browse the archives to get it all, but I did it some time ago and could put all the text together. I would send it to you, but I don't want that it gets further distributed without their permission.

Has anyone still got a current link to an English pdf or doc file? Meduza's filefront link is now dead and, unless i'm missing a trick, the article on hnsa is not really ideal for printing.

To buy this book from amazon UK will be about £20 to 50, which I don't really consider an option for something that is already in the public domain.
